The earlier post by Axel made me laugh..........receiver to sell!

Yeah, conditions were crap all weekend.......even on MW!

Noise levels here on Saturday night especially were unbelievable.I was
looking around the house to see if we had something causing it!

WMR managed a pretty solid signal all day,but even they faded right out at
times.Good news is that Korea were not really coming through and instead of fading out after 1300 I could still hear WMR OK at 1600.

Best signal of the weekend was my UNID on 3925 on Saturday night.Who
was this?

And who was on 6280 playing oldies this morning?

Hi Andy,
Conditions were terrible today. I had hoped to hear BRI's tribute programme but no signal here at all on 6247.

WMR coming in quite well here this afternoon although this evening I listened to Jack's show via their new website. Great to hear with no fading or noise.

Your unid on 6280 was probably Paardenkracht. I logged him with a clear ID at 1005. Merlin was also on 6280 but no signal here (not even a het!).

Altrex was on all morning on 6265 (you can hear a clip of him signing off on my blog).

I didn't hear the station on 3925 on Saturday although like Axel, bit puzzled by a station on 3932. I heard a SW-Pirate ID but I don't know if he was relaying someone or what was going on there??

Laser seems to be back on 4025.

Hi UK DXer,

I had thought my 6280Khz UNID might have been Merlin, but it seems it may have been Paardenkracht.

I too had hoped to hear the BRI tribute to Colin Dixon but no signal here at all.

Thanks for the info.
