Orion Radio were very strong here today,I logged them twice because they got even stronger!
Solid signals from Radio Scotland & WMR too.......why the long blank carrier from WMR?What a waste of a good signal!
Borderhunter was extremely strong here & Boomerang even stronger.Superb signals from both.

John mentioned that Radio Saxonia would be on 6325Khz in 40 mins(Didn't hear them).Followed by a "Television Polka".
5815Khz - 0950-0955 - Orion Radio - 55434 - "Sorry Scott".
6200Khz - 1106-1111 - Radio Scotland - 45434 - "Elected" - Went off quickly as didn't want to interfere with Borderhunter.There was no mutual interference.The two of you could have stayed on for ages with no problems.
6210Khz - 1010-1015 - Radio Borderhunter - 55434 - "Rock'n'Roll is King","Route 66","Tainted Love","Yellow River".Mic sounded very bassy,thought Frans had a cold till he said
he'd had a party last night!Hope it was a good one Frans!!!!Off at 1204.
6210Khz - 1204-1209 - UNID - 35433 - Audible as soon as Borderhunter went off - Oldies,
"Man of Action" - off at 1223.
6220Khz - 1310-1315 - Mystery Radio - 43333 - Disco Music.
6280Khz - 0938-0943 - Radio Saturnus - 35433 - All unknown music to me.Nice mic sound,
or maybe just the presenters good voice!

Magic Woman".Same station I heard last week saying they were broadcasting from Belgium.
6305Khz - 1030-1035 - Radio Valencia - 24333 - Dutch Music.
6305Khz - 1159-1201 - Radio Boomerang - 55444 - "Refugee","Driver's seat".
Came on again later,same massive signal.
6310Khz - 1135-1140 - Radio Quintus - 35333 - Techno Music.
6325Khz - 1124-1129 - Radio Merlin Int - 35444 - Groove Armada.Plus more R'n'B.
6400Khz - 1130-1135 - WMR - 45434 - Andy Walker - The Byrds.

Hi Andy.
The long blank carrier from WMR was down to one of 2 things. Either the batteries went dead in the mp3 player and it took Jack sooo long to get up there and replace them or it was Microsofts fault.

Take your pick.

Hi Andy,

Your UNID on 6210 was RNI World Service. You can hear an audio clip on my blog of them signing off at 1300. They did close down at 1223 but came back again a few minutes later.

Saturnus - I thought smoking made the voice sound BETTER,maybe I should give up too,your voice sounds good!
