Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

PIRATE (Euro). 6304.8, UNID, 2352-0001* Jul 8, I could really use some help with this one, as I could hear muffled talk by a male, but couldn't understand what he said. I heard a song which could have been by Julian Cope, or a similar sounding vocalist. SINPO 23232. (Maroti-NY)

PIRATE (Euro). 15070, Radio Black Arrow, 2220-2245* Jul 8, ID at tune-in, mentioned using 20 watts. Some techno music and "House of the Rising Sun" at closedown. AINPO 14331. (Maroti-NY)
