Another good weekend for listeners!

I can’t remember if it was JoJo on Orion Radio or Albert on Radio Scotland who said that in the morning they could not hear any Dutch stations at all but that UK stations were coming through OK & Mystery Radio were crashing in!
It was much the same here.No UK stations audible at all early in the morning, only Dutch stations, with mainly good signals. But later, conditions changed & the Dutch stations got slightly weaker & the UK stations began to come in.
I have commented before on the difference between UK & Dutch stations. As we all know,UK stations tend to run from “Mobileâ€

Hello Andy, thanks for the nice intro and reception reports. Can't remember if it was me who said that this morning, it should be Albert, but it was true. That the problem with "live" broadcasting we can't play it back ;) Overall it was a nice weekend with lots of signals and good shows.

Hi Andy,

Yes, it was me who said this..
At first, early in the morning, no stations heard from NL, only UK.
But later on, at noon, more and more stations from NL appearing.

Concerning the somewhat odd combination Rammstein/Bee Gees:
i don't use a real 'format'...
When playing Rammstein i found a single of the Bee Gees in the studio and i thought: why not!
Thanks for the report!

Albert.

Hi JoJo & Albert!

It's good to know that we share the same radio conditions!Sometimes it feels like these conditions are only in your local area!
Albert,I was not complaining about you following Rammstein with the Bee Gees,it was both surprising & entertaining!Who needs formula radio? This is Pirate radio!Do what you want!!(Just think about the listeners a little bit,but not too much!!!)

Radio that challenges you is much more interesting than formated radio.
