12 OCTOBER 2007: Since Radio Condor was going to be on the air, I decided to go out to the remote site to listen immediately after work. Propagation conditions weren't anything special except for the fact the A Index was 0.

ANT: 315' Beverage (BOG) at 45°
QTH: Pennsylvania State Game Lands #26
Duration: 2110-2225 UTC
Solar Indices: S.F. = 69 A Index = 0 K Index = 2 No storms.
WX: Mix of clouds and sunshine, cool 47° F. (8° C.)

6309.9v R. Condor 2110 Techno-Dance mx w/heavy beat already on when I started. 2115 several IDs, one w/echo. 2118 short ID w/electronically altered voice. Was picking up by 2117, but then dropped down at 2121. 2113 longer ID but just at threshold. More IDs at 2129. 2133 another altered ID. 2138 ID as "This is R. Condor broadcasting from the Netherlands". Weak carrier showed up on 6310.17 at 2140. 2141 nice ID, and another at 2143. 2155 live anmnt but was getting QRM from USB traffic on 6307 and the carrier on 6310.17. Another ID anmnt at 2159 w/ment of USA and possibly yours truly!! 2204 ID and e-mail address, then off the air. Unlike when heard 2 weeks ago, it drifted down a bit from 6309.97 to 6309.93. Not much but noticeable when listening in sideband. Would have been much nicer if not for the QRM. Quick fades too. (12 Oct.)

6290.13 R. Mazda Fair signal w/pleasant DT song at 2124, then Pop song w/W vcl at 2125. Another song w/organ prominent briefly at 2127, then into lively DT song from 2128-2131. Another song, brief deadair, then sudden start of lively instru. song and M w/nice ID at 2135 including e-mail and mailing address spelled phonetically. Said was closing "all listeners and DXers, we say bye bye. We are closing down R. Mazda". Off at 2136. Like Condor, this was fady too but stronger. A pleasant surprise and didn't expect to hear it. 6310.17 UNID. Weak carrier from 2140. Sounded like some mx at 2156 but too difficult to tell because of weak signal and R. Condor nearby. Seemed to disappear around 2200. Who?? (12 Oct.)

6311.03 R. Underground??? Found a signal here w/mx at 2204 after R. Condor went off. M tlk over mx at 2206 but couldn't copy, then buzzing for about 30 seconds. Pop/Rock song then. 2208 brief poss. canned anmnt by M. 2209-2212 "Call Me" by Blondie w/many voice-over anmnts during song but very difficult to copy. 2212-2217 heavy electronic mx, then went off at 2217 seemingly at the end of the song. The EG anmnts could have been UK accented. Drifted slightly down to 6311.0. Was R. Underground here?? (12 Oct.)

Hello, Dave , This wasn't Underground , but me Westcoast with report For Condor , its a pity he didn,t receive me but its nice that you receive me i was about 15 min. on air after condor and played Blondie - Call Me .
