I was listening in California on 6 October 2007 at 0926 UTC to a program at 3215 featuring the songs of the nominees for the International Bluegrass Music Awards. It came in at about 6dB with just a longwire on California's Central Coast, but I could not find it on any listing.

Any ideas?
