Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

While I was out at the remote site listening to R. Brandaris and WMR, I found someone on 6290.84 playing some music at 2204 UTC. A UTE came on at 2206, and when it disappeared a minute later the station was gone. Anyone know who this was??
