Very happy to report a new station for me; Radio Blackbird from the Netherlands who conducted his first test transmission to the USA on Friday night with 25 watts. An audio clip of my reception can be heard here:

PIRATE (Euro). 6245.3, Radio Blackbird, 2332-0023 Apr 15, Blackbird moved to this frequency as 6260 had more utility QRM. Songs from CCR, Led Zeppelin and U2. Output power 25 watts. SINPO 23342. (Maroti-NY)
PIRATE (Euro). 6260.28, Radio Blackbird, 2257-2324 Apr 15, First test transmission to the USA. Music audio was undermodulated, as the spoken ID given at 2315 was much stronger than the music. Blackbird later increased his modulation. Played several songs from Creedence Clearwater Revival. SINPO 23342. (Maroti-NY)
PIRATE (Euro). 6306.7, Valley Wave International, 2321-0018 Apr 16, Earlier could only detect that music was being played here. However, several announcements around 2321 were heard, including ID, mobile phone number and phonetic spelling of the maildrop address. Later, several songs from Pink Floyd. SINPO 23332. (Maroti-NY)
