Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

there was a lot of action at Saturday on 76m, it was a very hard job to follow all frequency changes from Spaceman

6220 2130 45444 Mystery, nice rock show with Chris Ise

3900 1924 45544 Spaceman
3905 2054 55544 UNID, same as on 3933
3910 1852 25442 WMR // 6400
3925 1708 45433 Borderhunter Broadcasting Service, 1849 45444 ID in French, very nice show and modulation
3925 1924 35444 UNID, blank carrier
3927 1925 45544 Spaceman, at first very wide on the whole 76m band, then +-10khz with excellent modulation, at 2050 on 3933, later back on 3927 with 55544 and thanks to Boomerang, a fantastic show as always!
3933 2242 55544 UNID, locomotion, the only station I know which is able to put such a signal on the air is Boomerang, changed to 3905. Why does he always go very near to a sucessful station and try to jam it?

3940 1859 35443 WNKR, nice to hear your show. Your modulation sounded a little bit pressed. May be someone could send you an audio file so you could listen to.
3940 1917 45544 Spaceman, announced later on 3927 that he could not copy WNKR and that he was sorry for jamming him, changed to 3900

5 Khz away should be official channel spacing, so why bother. However, it's too bad that on 76 meters there not much 'space' available.
One could go below 3900 but that also not wise because of the HAM frequencies.

But it couldn't have been that long on 3933 because after a single song I switched to 3905. This resulting however in worse (s)I(npo) ratings.

Nevertheless, I did not know I was able to jam the spaceman signal. :-)

Thank you Freebird for your report, like I've said before our modulation is compressed! This is done to make the most of our low (20 watts!) power and in 20 years of broadcasting nobody has mentioned it before.
Many people send us recordings most weekends and they always sound as intended.
You can send us a recording if you like.

Anybody knowing why Spaceman changed frequency that much. ???

76m is already crowded nowaday's, so why not stay at the initial chosen frequency.
This way, and using limited bandwidth, as much as possible stations could use 76 meters without interfering each other.

your programs are always great but if you like to listen to good low power modulation please tune in to Radio Underground. It sounds really good. They are quite as loud as you are. If I remember right there were programs from you on running on Undergroundin the past . It was the same difference.
I hope to hear you on the free radio bands again very soon.

I don't know how to tell you this but the tx that steve is using is the same tx that WNKR uses! Same antenna, same location, same music player! Everything is the same only the station name changes!!
So how do you explain that?
