I hear music at 2340 UTC on March 24, 2005 here in New York. A lot of summer-like static crashes makes it difficult to listen to. Any idea who is on at the moment? Signal strength is about S7, but modulation is a bit weak.

You have heard Westcoast.R. I heard them here in the northern part of Sweden around 2351 UTC, SINPO 34333, pop-mx and Westcoast jingles.
