Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

Either one or two stations heard on approx 3930kHz: someone playing Tears For Fears "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" and giving an unreadable address and email before off air 2239. Same station, or another one, back at 2242 with a song by a female vocalist, giving an email adress with "76" in it, "have a nice evening or good morning" and possibly mentioning "RPI" (just as initials) before s/off 2246UTC. Very weak and noisy in Glasgow, SINPO 24222, improved a bit by turning my laptop off...
