WMR 6400.04 audible in NY at 2108 UTC, with a show from Mike James. SINPO 23332 at the moment, should improve in the next hour or so.

I've been hearing it, too--after 0000. My first time for more than a carrier from WMR this year. I guess this is still Mike James? Doesn't sound like Jack's voice. Weak with utility QRM. Very tough copy, but he just mentioned e-mailing.

It's not quite yet 0000 yet, but it is Mike James now. Jack was on a bit earlier. I think conditions have really gone down now, plus the storms are 'a coming.
