Listening on a UK web receiver, hoping to hear Bycross Radio, I came across some music around 6285, but the audio has cut out several times. Pirate testing?

"Hold the Line" by Toto at 1655 UTC. It's hard to accurately tune these web receivers, but I was close to zero-beating the carrier around 6284.9 kHz. At 1700 UTC an international broadcaster came on the air.
