Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

Getting some audio out of this one at 2106 UTC. It is still 1.5 hours before sunset here, so please try to stay on longer, the signal should (hopefully) improve.

I've uploaded a brief audio clip, I'm hoping someone may recognize the ID, or the announcer's voice. The ID is given at 27 seconds into the clip:

I think its a Dutch station, but its hard to hear what they say.

I saw that Dave Valko logged Radio Bonofox this morning on the same frequency as my UNID. I replayed my recording, and sure enough, I can now hear two "Radio Bonofox" ID's. This is a new one for me.
