Just heard someone on 6310 with a fairly good signal. 2158 UTC played some kind of Pop/Dance song, then 2201 short voice-over announcement sounding like Dutch but I got a loud local buzzing noise just at the worst possible moment!! Into "You Got the Look" woman vocalist (can't recall who did the song) to 2204, deadair, and off briefly. Then came back on w/OC from 2205-2206 and gone. Anyone know who this would be?? Thanks for your help.
