What the Valves heard today

I did not have an awful lot of time spare today, but I did fire up the valve set in the hope of getting somewhere. You see, my usual outdoor antenna had come down, and I cobbled up some wire to throw out the window. so, reception not quite as good today as I hoped, But rest assured the problem is my end!
First up for the day was Orion Radio, coming in at 8:20am on 6280kc. From the annoucement at the end of the broadcast, they were running 350 watts. I'm afraid the audio clip on this occasion is rather bad - They fade for most of ine minutes! If you fast forward to around ten minutes, You'll hear the unmistakable sound of Orion radio blasting through. as some have noted, all clips are recorded with a mic - I'm sorry for the interuptions!

Next up is a Unid, heard at 11:20 (ish) in the lower 48mb - 6.2 - 6.3 mhz at a guess. Perhaps someone remembers hearing this song? I'm thinking this is Flux AM, from Uk Dxers log, but I'm open to suggestion.

Finally we have Skyline Radio International - heard @ 11:30 announcing "This is Skyline radio International. This Sunday afternoon we hope you have good reception conditions..."
They had an excellent signal, and remained through untill 12pm, when I had to leave the radio. (I notice UK Dxer has this station down as having QSO @ 12:10pm... Shame I missed it!)
