someone testing on 3920 kHz ?

I heared today for three minutes some free radio (?) test on 3920 kHz, at 21.19 UTC. Can someone identify it ? I posted the audio recording on my webpage:

I think the voice is from Radio BOOMERANG Operator. Also the signal strenght might be his transmitter.

Sounds Dutch, I also though of Boomerang when I heard it. I don't know a word of Dutch, so you'll need somebody else to tell you what is being said! Sorry I can't be of any more help.

It was boomerang he was chatting with me while he was testing his new antenna on this frequency. seemes it works well.
in the sample he does the greetings to me.
