A very good morning! First station recieved was Orion Radio @ 8:20 playing 'we love the pirates'. Very nice signal. I sent them a reception report and heard it read out on air. Wonderful station! You can hear an audio clip here: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44488193/
Next up, on 6300 KHZ and annoucing antenna changes- I didn't catch any definite Id- but I think this is fLux AM. I got part of the studio number:XXXXX8395, but can't make out the E-mail. I'll get in touch later and see if this was them. Audio Clip: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44488488/
Next station is, I think, perhaps Radio Rob (007)? I'll have to check this. Received at 8:20. Perhaps someone could translate what is being said? I don't know a word of dutch! Audio: http: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44488667/
Back onto firm ground here: at 9:00am I picked up WMR, with various talk on frequencies and the ubiquitous jamming.Excellent signal as always. I tuned back in at 12:20 for some easy listening. Transmitting on 6400 and 6401. Audio: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44488781/
9:30 gave us Radio Atlantis- Clear signal, some fading, but overall very pleasant. This clip contains the sms studio number: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44489172/
Finally at 10:40 I tuned Borderhunter. I spent the next hour and a half listening to them whilst I soldered up the new modulator for Bycross Radios' TX. I would love to see the transmitter these guys use! Great program, wonderful Audio. very crisp and clear. Audio: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44489327/
Edit: Listened to Radio Spaceman and Major Tom from 1:30 to shutdown at 2:05. Conditions deteriorating towards the end. No at strong as when I last heard him.
All stations received on the 1948 valve set with a 10' longwire. 'till next time, kind regards and best of luck! Rob of Bycross Radio
