Hi folks,
the afternoon hunt begun with Radio Boomerang on 6309 (I know someone reported it on 6307, but I listed the freq. where I had the best signal). Dj spoke in dutch on a schlager recalling the "Flinstones" theme. Sinpo: 44334.
Then, I stepped in something weird. At 14.34, on 6315 the song "Torn" by Nathalie Imbruglia started. After some seconds, the signal suddently disappeared, but I could hear a splatter of the same song. I then centered that signal on 6303. After the track, Spaceman spoke in dutch and mentioned also Shadowman, Delmare and Boomerang. I don't know (as Dutch is pretty obscure to me) if that was a sort of pirate syndication (as Spaceman did with Delmare last saturday night), but they hopped - in the same way - between various frequencies. At 14.47, on 6305 "Je T'Aime, Moi Non Plus" got played, then Spaceman spoke and mentioned again some of the others. Intentional hopping or due to problems on the tx? Who knows, anyways strong signal. Sinpo: 44434.
At 14.50, on 6290, Mazda Radio (announced by the dj today as "Mazda Radio International") was playing schlager. At 14.52 the dj gave the sms online, first in english, then in dutch. I lost some figures, as I wasn't close to the phone, but I succesfully got 0031622975... Sinpo: 34333.
At 14.58, as I knew a test from Radio Cupid was scheduled on 19mt., I tuned 15075. Signal wasn't strong enough to get here in a readable way, but I was able to recognize the song played. Sorry to being ignorant about the title, but it's that commercial track (played often on fm radio and during the last soccer world cup) where someone whistle joyfully. I can't give a sinpo, as it was just below qrm.
At 15.15, on 6220, disco-dacing Mistery Radio had doors opened (I think it was sort of a remix from a Withney Houston song). Killer signal, as always: 54544.
Degen DE1103, coupled with a wire, as always.
I look forward to night-time.
Ciao,
Chris
