I can't really say that conditions were good today, but many stations heard.I really can't remember when I last heard so many stations on one day!
The band was noisy here & conditions seemed to change quite quickly, but Pirate operators were more than able to make the most of it.
I have had more time to listen this week than normal,so it was nice to hear stations on air during the week too.(All times in UTC)

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the report!
The walk in the woods was a little later.
So many stations were on air with QSO's that I taked my change.
But after that we had a nice long walk in the woods on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Hi Marcel,Hi Frans,

Thank you for correcting me Marcel,Shadowman not Zeroman,I will listen more carefully next time & must tune my ears to Dutch better.
Frans,I'm glad you enjoyed the walk even though it was delayed by a nice QSO!!

Thanks Andy for your detailed SW logs, I find your comments very constructive ref: the various stations you have heard each week. I am sure many other SW operators will agree.

Listeners response is very much lower compared to the 80s/90s, we always welcome detailed reports they are almost a lifeline!!! thanks again.

Hi Roger,

I actually posted on here a couple of weeks ago that I would no longer post logs, just general comments, because "UK DXer's" blogs are almost exactly the same as mine(But better!).But I couldn't resist this week as the activity was so high! So,after your comments, maybe I will continue to post when I can.
Can I take this opportunity to congratulate you for your work with BRI.UK & Irish stations tend not to have great signals here, but I know they get out well in Europe. So I tend not to be able to hear your broadcasts well very often. But when I do,like last week,it is a real pleasure to hear such good programmes.Responses may be down, the webcasts may help, but keep at it,you have a good programme there!

Andy.

Thanks Andy, great news that you will stay active with your valuable contributions towards SW free radio, if we all stay united together it will help to keep us station operators on air, as well as keeping the listeners supplied with free radio every weekend, in my view SW is the only remaining place left were 'true' free radio still exsists.

Roger.
