People,
two pics, for tonight:
on 6305 at 21.15 GMT, Cupid Radio from Netherlands. Much fading on the signal, but readable. Dj said it was a test transmission for a new 400 W amplifier! Sms hotline announced many times, between dance songs (including one from Groove Armada). At 21.28, an sms from Finland popped in: "Qrm is getting worse, but keep walking"! Sinpo 33333.
on 3927, at 21.44 GMT, as reported by others users of this board, Spaceman Radio, with a very good signal. Sinpo: 44434. Program made of the usual oldies/schlager songs, plus a female and a male dj alterning themselves on the microphone, in Dutch. Both mentioned Dj Dipol (but don't ask me what was on, as I sadly can't do anything with my Dutch. Male dj then switched to english to give listeners the komopdeband(@)hotmail.com e-mail address.
Let me add that I wasn't so lucky in the afternoon. I only have some doubts on something I heard. At 14.18 GMT, on 6205, I tuned a station that was playing non stop techno/house. After "Think about the way" and "Everybody in the house" (tentative titles, built on statements repeated several times in the songs), a jingle (with echo voice) was broadcasted, but I lost it, due to interference from a close middleast station. A female dj then announced Dire Straits' "Romeo And Juliet". Later in the broadcast, "Nothing Compares 2U" and "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" got played too. Anyone can help with this UNID?
Cheers,
Chris
