Hi Mike. Yes it is. As you say weak audio here also, and only about S5 but fading a bit now.

That's how I heard it Mike. I believe that's the "official" ID.

I was listening to the Summer Meeting 2006 station on 6300.5 kHz last night on a DX tuner, and a Dutch station came on 6297 around 2330 UTC. Depending on which tuner I was using, the Dutch station would cover 6300 kHz.
Any ideas who was on 6297 last night? There were no ID's, just lots of accordian music.

Its kind of stupid that 4 stations transmitt on a 15 khz segment from 6296,4 to 6311 khz. Yes thats correct 4 stations at the same time.
Greetings Peter J

At 10.14 U.T.C. we had a short test on 6300 khz. also....sorry for that but have been listening out since 08.00 U.T.C. and my receiver was totally deaf....I even called several pirates in Holland and nobody heard anything. Therefor I switched on, only for about 15-20 minutes. I spoke with some listener in Dresden/Germany who only heard me, but later on I got an sms from Litauen, and that person told me that I was on top of another dutch station.
However, when I switched of, I did again not hear anything.....Later there was a blanc carrier on 6300 khz, which was also heard in the U.K.
Strange things happen on shortwave....I have not heard 'Meeting-radio' at all here, not a sign from them all over the weekend.
The only stations that came in resonably well here were Mistery and Britain Radio....
So if our short test jammed anybody or disturbed a good show, please accept our appologies..we did really not hear anybody.
Kind regards,

Hi Magic
I heard you S9 with good audio calling 'test' a few times and playing some part tunes.
I am in West Sussex UK and the Fq was silent after you went off!

Monitoring various DX Tuners last night, it was interesting that I could hear both 6297 and 6300 in the UK for example, but in Sweden the 6297 would dominate. E-mails I received from the NL last night all said they could not hear Summer Meeting on 6300.

Hello all,
Indeed strange things on Sw. As I was there I know the tx was on untill 2315LT, at that time I went home. at Home at 0045Lt there was no singal from the Summermeeting. But just before I switch on my tx on 6400kc I copied them very strong at 0830 locat time. After the px around 1104LT there was again no signal. Don't know yet if they switch off, but if so it was not planed. I guess that's short wave.

PJK,
Your UNID station on 6305 was Radio Fox 48. I only had his carrier here in NY, but received an e-mail from him that he was on at that time.
