0906 UNID 6305 khz 23221 music, Dutch ?

Just one station logged on friday evening, Spaceman on 4069 with some 10 to 15 db weaker signal than normal.
I was listening later on to the MW band but not much around there, some weak signals only and lots of noise.
Kind of low propagation this friday, hope it just dont last the whole weekend.
