PIRATE (Euro). 3927.7v, Radio Quintus, 2155-2328 Nov 19, Mostly polkas and some ballads, fighting the usual Ham QRM. I got lucky, and copied a clear ID at 2229 UTC, including their e-mail address, and part of their hotline: 0031 6411.. Very weak by 2328, and the carrier drifted down to 3927.6; apparently off by 0001 UTC re-check. SINPO 32432. (Maroti-NY)
PIRATE (Euro). 6239.5, Radio Spaceshuttle International, 0700-0829 Nov 20, Just a carrier at tune-in, which broke into audio at 0737, with an echo ID at 0738. Music from Finnish groups, and some polkas. Signal kept improving, eventually to SINPO 24432. Apparently a relay via JRRI, with the signal improving toward 0800, a characteristic of stations from the UK. (Maroti-NY)
