Hi everyone:

What a great week! Conditions for transatlantic reception are definitely improving.

The days are getting shorter, and that means earlier receptions here. 48 m has been fading in as early as 1900 (although Black Bandit powered through at 1735 today!).

It was very interesting Saturday night to see many American listeners in Iann’s chat, who were logging Black Bandit, Calypso and Continental, among others. I have also had emails from American friends who have heard the Bandit, Orion and others. The best time for US listeners seems to be after 2300 UTC, and many stations have been transmitting at this time, with much success.

Thanks to all the ops who produced so many great shows this week. It was really nice to hear so much quality pirate programming again.
