Free radio pirates on medium and short wave messageboard of alfa lima

It seems that this weekend, there was the summer meeting. A station was heard on 6310, playing folkloric non-stop music. No identification, no microphone ? Perhaps a microphone is too expensive ?
Is it seriously a free radio, just a big transmitter playing only this kind of music without DJ ? Where is the respect for the listener ?

The unid this weekend on 6310kc must have been the Summermeeting radio, as they where on air. Somotimes someon took the mike but most where talking to each other.
