You're probably right.
Whilst I was driving home I pulled into a car park and listened in to 6255 on my hand held Icom IC-R10, compared to other weeks it was fading a bit.
But when I got home and listened in on the main rig (just before 22.30 utc), it seemed fine. That said, the "s" meter was waving a bit whilst Wendy was reading out the reports.

KBC quite stong on 6255

Quite weak again on 1386 (after only fair last week). QRM from Guinea, from Greece and even from UK LPAM.
