Both stns were on par for the mx, but the French talking was quite better (better studio work). At 0900, R.700 clear on both 7310 and 6005.

Please note that c'/d is a period from a few seconds to well more than an hour before the real switch off !
"Strength" notes (from e.weak to V.strong) are rather S/N notes by ear, not S-meter levels.
