6310.76 Out Out Radio???

Just reviewing my recordings from this Sunday morning (17 Oct) and got a strong station on 6310.76 from 0657 to 0744 sign-off. Robotic IDs sound like "Out Out Radio", and e-mail address as outoutradio@gmail.com I have a pretty clear recording of the sign-off IDs/addr. Anyone else hear this or know about it??

those were computer id's for outhouse radio
That was a test run for a repair job on a transmitter
