I can't remember the last time I heard anywhere near this many stations on a weekend.
I didn't have time to listen during the day on Saturday so I don't know what conditions were like,but Saturday evening was good so I hoped Sunday would be good too.(Never guaranteed though!)
And it was great all day!
Too many stations to comment on.Delta,Borderhunter,Mustang and Black Bandit were the strongest with me.But loads of strong signals from Mystery,Merlin,James Bond,Orion,Saturnus,Quintus,Scotland,
Geronimo,Marconi,Top,Alice,Trans Europe,VOTN & Baken 16!!

Even most of the not so strong signals were coming through nice and clear.

Can anyone help with my UNID's from today?;

6300Khz - 1105-1110 - UNID - 35434 - Instrumentals.
6305Khz - 1158-1203 - UNID - 45444 - "Antonio"(Dutch Song).Antonio Radio?
6305Khz - 1503-1508 - UNID - 43333 - Country and Dutch Music.CD at 1626.

I heard Frans(Borderhunter) saying how great it would be if some of the old UK Pirates would fire up their TX's again.I would love that too,but I think it is unlikely as the authorities here are much tougher than in NL and the penalties are much worse too.Still,Merlin were on all day today............talking of Merlin,they were the most solid signal of the day with me,44433 for over 7 hours!!

Best station name today has to go to Radio Orang Utan International...........:D

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the log! Only very short on air today, because i want to watch Formula 1 race from Japan, and after that Moto-GP from Malaisia..

You mentioned Radio Urang Utan Int. as 'the best name of the day'.
Not a new station, he started already back in 1977! ( if i remember correct )

Thanks for the Geronimo logging Andy. This transmission was on very low power using just 20 Watts so thats not bad at all. Chris tells me he'll be on with 200W hopefully next Sunday
