I am receiving Dutch pirate Alfa Lima International at 1430 UTC on 15070.16 kHz with SINPO 24432. Although signal strength is only about S3, there is very little noise, and Alfred's audio and modulation is strong. Presently running 100 watts on 15 Mhz.
Also I have a weak carrier on 21859.56 kHz, which is more due to not having a proper antenna for 21 Mhz. Power on 21 Mhz is 250 watts.
