Its been a while as its been nearly two years since my last post - a lack of ability to string up a useful permanent aerial at my home, local electrical noise, touring around Australia for seven months and other priorities meant DX'ing taking a back seat. So I managed to get to a local public park to get away from electric smog as much as I could on Saturday night. Altogether rather quiet, but those available came in quite well.

(Frequency kHz) - (Time UTC) - (SINPO) - (Station Name) - (Comments)
3900 - 2015 - 23131 - Radio Scotland International - Could not ID this station at first as it was weak and buried under noise (78m for whatever reason is a noisy band here). UKdxer blog suggests that this was the station on air at the time.
3935 - 1955 - 32232 - Baggerteam - A new one for me. Heard playing "Under pressure" by Queen followed by a multilingual announcement which was hard to make out. I had noticed this station earlier playing "Relax" by Frankie Goes to Hollywood & "Pride" by U2. Noise again a problem and also utility interference (solved by narrowing received bandwidth).
6220 - 1945 & 2000 - 42433 & 54433 - Mystery Radio - This station either has had good fortune with propagation or has increased its power in recent times. Interference from RTÉ on 6225 noticed on 19H45 solved by again narrowing received bandwidth.
6554 - 2025 - 23322 - Level 48 International - Not a fantastic signal with weird ID's and gaps in audio. Wasn't sure what to make of this station at all.
6870 - 2005 - 44333 - Radio Playback International - Heard playing "One Night In Bangkok" followed by ID; I assume it is related to Mystery Radio.
6887 - 2010 - 24333 - UNID
6925 usb - 0030 (Sun. 27 Sep) - 14421 - UNID - A sudden change in location took me to hear this station along the Atlantic coast in County Donegal, Ireland. A weak, barely audible signal that managed to fade in a couple of times with rat-pack sound music. Assuming to be from North America.
I have some audio clips from Baggerteam, Mystery Radio and Playback. I might put them up later if I get the chance.
Receiver - Eton E5 with whip aerial.
Reception report - N.Ireland
