I thought conditions were pretty awful again today.

In the main weak signals,lots of noise and stations suddenly fading in or out.

Two examples of rapid fade out;(Or abrupt close downs);

Radio Borderhunter - Massive signal.As strong as I have ever heard him.But it was obvious that he had been on air for a while.I heard two songs and he was gone!!

Radio Geronimo - Heard him loading the TX up with just a carrier,best signal ever.Geronimo Jingle then "Smoke on the Water"...before the song was finished he was gone!!

Who is the station on 6205?I have heard him several times in the last few weeks.UKDXer is logging him as;DRP Radio(Tent).Is it DRP Radio?A solid signal today.Little fading with me.

I also didn't get an ID on the station on 5800.Was it PRI or the SW Cowboys?

I forgot that Jo Jo had said he wouldn't be on this weekend.

Best signal by far this weekend was Radio Borderhunter.But only for 5 minutes..............
Then Brandaris,Geronimo,Mystery and Skyline.

6305Khz - 1145-1150 - Radio Brandaris Int - 45434 - Pop Music.Slightly over modulated but nice & loud.

Hello Andy,

On 6205 there was DRP, identifying as "DRP Welle" I think.

On 5800 : ID SW Cowboys heard above a song, not easy to understand.

Hi Andy,
Yes, it was not the best weekend for listening. Long skip and fading in and out. You have luck you hearded me for 5 minutes, I was a long time on the freq. today. Happyness I was fading in by other places from time to time on the globe so all by all it was not really bad for me today.
Special the first, lets say, 350 kilometers around the antenna was the signal complete gone.
Anyway, thats also shortwave, not always the same.
