Cologne calling

Hello,

when I tuned to 48 at Sunday morning I heard a station in excellent quality splattering +- 20khz and I my first idea was that my good old friend Boomi woke up as early as me. It could not be Delta with his normally a little bit dull modulation. But, shame on me!!! I was totally wrong. It wasnÂ´t Boomi. It was Scotland smashing in with a huge signal and a nice programm. Hey Boomi, I am sorry for my bad thoughts.

There are not so much program stations on medium wave beside Barones. VOTN joined this small group with a nice show.

Hi Axel,

Thanks for this report, nice too see the reception (mod) was that good!
Suddenly the SWR was slightly worse than it was before.
But it seems it wasn't influence the signal strength too much.
I can't explain the splatter tho..
I did not any changing on the modulation.
