After the post above I should add that I am one of the witness on the Iann's Chat and many times noticed properly and immediately recognized details by Terry during many live shows on shortwave. For me no doubts - Terry is one of the best, very good located, and very nice DXer. And I am slightly jea...

Hi Dave, WRI reaches my location from time to time. In all cases with very variable signal. I must admit that I do not monitor 12257 so often like regular 48mb. Last WRI log was not the first and for sure not the last:) In archive I found some older logs: 15 February 1045 12257 24432 WRI 14 December...

Weekend logs from Southern Poland

Sunny weather in Poland but very windy. I spent more time listening to free radio station. Propagation was good for me - my location (around 1000km from Netherlands) probably was suitable for weekend skips. From the other side signals was very variable. I needed more time to catch weaker stations. M...

Another nice topic about this. http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2009/01apr_deepsolarminimum.htm?friend Great link Ramona. I started to follow "Sun numbers" few months ago. Solar Flux was around 73. I read that time in an article, that it is so low that it is nearly impossible to be lowe...

Maybe you were on 6205 @ 1355? Weak music (SINPO: 13211+) was audible shortly until 6195 splashes started@1400.

Hello,

Signal of 6260 was too weak to ID by myself, but today I received confirmation from Radio Saxonia operator. Indeed Radio Saxonia often use this frequency.

Weekend logs from Southern Poland

Hello pirate freaks Lately I do not publish my logs often at ALI. Time to change this! Sunday was cold, wet and dark in Poland. Could be a very lazy day, but free radio stations were very active. Additionally propagation was favorable for my distant location (1000km from NL). Most stations I heard s...

Hello John (and JJ, Dick, Iann, Marcel, Yaroslav and all listeners)

Also here in Poland good signal today: 44434.
And excellent weather - incredible clear blue sky.
So probably I'll turn on small FM-transmitter and move to garden with Orion FM:)
Nice show John.

Greetings,
Michal

Hello John,

conditions are probably too local for me but your signal is 100% readible with (O)=3-4. From the other hand Lowland was barely audible some time ago...
Here also nice weather - not hot [so far] and sunny.

Greetings to you and other PirateFriends

Hello John, Nice to listen to again your nice show. Typical signal here with SINPO 34444, slightly variable. We have here sunny weather and 22 degrees. This is bad weather for radio listening [and transmitting] :D It is good idea to go outside and catch some sun :D I'm going to do it soon. Greetings...
