Somebody on 48 meters playing nonstop Polka, I've not heard an ID yet. Sinpo 43444 with occasional UTE QRM. good mudulation, lovly clear signal and very little qrn noise. Band is pretty much empty at the moment! Any idea as to who is on?

Yes! Last night he rambled on about many things, usually for five or six minutes between songs. I particularly remember him thanking a cyclist for something or other.
