R. Scotland Int. on 15070.1
Getting R. Scotland Int. on 15070.1 at the moment. First heard with carrier at 1458 UTC and apparently music start at 1500. A somewhat poor signal, but it doesn't seem to be affected too much by fading like signals have been in previous weekends. Trouble is that I'm getting several local noises here...

European Free Radio Report from Dunlo, PA, USA, 18 Feb. 2007
Not much to report this time as conditions were horrible this Sunday morning. However I apparently logged my first Greek pirate Saturday evening!! 15070.12 Cupid R. 1258-1308:41*, Hard Rock mx then Rinus in DT at 1300 followed by EG ID w/freqs 6210 and 15070 at 1302. Said was going to make a "D...

Nothing Here
Nothing was heard on this side of the Big Pond. I was checking the band at 2130 UTC but didn't hear anything except annoying North American Hams!!

6310?? 17 February 2007
Just heard someone on 6310 with a fairly good signal. 2158 UTC played some kind of Pop/Dance song, then 2201 short voice-over announcement sounding like Dutch but I got a loud local buzzing noise just at the worst possible moment!! Into "You Got the Look" woman vocalist (can't recall who d...

Can Listen Here in the USA
Just saw your note of a test. 19 mb conditions seem to be decent today. If you can try a test before Rinus (Cupid Radio) comes on at 1400 UTC, I can listen. It may be worth the chance!!

Cupid Radio on 15070.12
I was just checking 15070 briefly at 1258 UTC and found Cupid Radio already on 15070.12!! Rinus was doing a short test I believe. He was coming in fairly well here into Pennsylvania (NE USA). So, for those of you outside the immediate Benelux area, you might want to try when he goes back on the air ...

European Free Radio Report from Dunlo, PA, USA, 11 Feb. 2007
Again, the cold temperatures and wind made it a little too dangerous to trek up to the PA State Game Lands remote site to listen this morning (last night). Plus, laying out a Beverage in the dark woods through 1-2 feet of snow and -15 C. temperatures at 2:00 AM didn't sound very appealing, so I deci...

Was doing some listening this Sunday morning from 0700-0900 UTC. Before I type up the report I need some help with some UNIDs. Please reply if you know what some of these are. Thanks!! 6264.88 0700+ don't think it was Premier as they've been consistently on 6264.95. 6210.7v 0754-0816+ Drifting up fr...

European Free Radio Report from Dunlo, PA, USA, 4 Feb. 2007
Not much to report this time. Despite the conditions looking really favorable Saturday evening, the trans-Atlantic SW conditions turned out to be really horrible on Sunday morning. Not one station was heard. It was very noisy also as it usually gets when its bitterly cold outside. We had a temperatu...

European Free Radio Report from Dunlo, PA, USA, 28 Jan. 2007
Mystery R. wasn't on but I could hear a signal from Pirate Music 6878 and Monaco 6235 was booming in at S-10, so I decided to go up to the remote site to listen this morning. Conditions were quiet. Not one static crash. That's one of the few nice things about Winter!! It was somewhat fady. Overall, ...

European Free Radio Report from Dunlo, PA, USA, 21 Jan. 2007
I've been feeling sick with another (or maybe the same one as December!!) cold this week, propagation conditions didn't seem that good, and the weather was cold (around -11 C), so I decided to just stay home and give a casual listen. Only scanned the band for about an hour from 0720-0820 UTC. I was ...

Greece on 75 meters
Chris, if you have a recording of R. Universe, could you send me a copy as an MP3 file, please?? I'd like to hear it. And if you find out how to contact them, maybe we could persuade them to come on the higher bands more often. Thanks.

European Free Radio Report from Dunlo, PA, USA, 14 Jan. 2007
13 January 2007: Upon hearing 2 signals in the 48 mb, I decided to gather up the gear and take a quick run up to one of the closer remote listening sites to see if I could get a better copy. Signal strengths weren't any stronger, but it was quieter than at the house. RX: JRC NRD-535D ANT: 315' Bever...
